Tony D’Anna

CEO

Tony has led the PostUp and UnsubCentral businesses since 2008. Tony holds 20 years of management experience in the software, technology and direct marketing arena with some of the world’s top global companies and technology innovators. Prior to PostUp, Tony served as Vice President of the Unicast division at Enliven Marketing Technologies. Following Enliven’s merger with DG FastChannel, he remained with the company and managed the re-launch efforts for its SaaS based – rich media ad solution into the Agency Channel. Earlier in his career, Tony held senior management roles at Dell and Sony Electronics. Notably, Tony oversaw Dell’s retail sales organization of more than 150 locations nationally. He also was a key player as Director of Sales and Operations in the launch of Sony’s first Direct Sales and Marketing business: Sony Style.

Keith Sibson

Vice President, Product & Marketing

Keith has over a decade of experience driving product-led growth at companies large and small. Before joining PostUp, Keith served as VP of Revenue at SpareFoot.com. Prior to SpareFoot, Keith led product at the financial services company NetSpend, where he led the creation of the online channel, now a $200MM revenue business.

Throughout his career he has led teams of engineers, designers, project managers, product managers, marketers, and operations staff to consistent success.

Keith holds a Ph.D. and BSc in Computer Science from Glasgow and St. Andrews Universities, respectively.

Patrick Asbra

Vice President, Sales

As the Vice President of Sales, Pat is responsible for overall leadership of Postup’s global sales organization, including direct sales, market development and business development. He joins the company with 20 years’ experience in the print, digital media and software sales industry, and is skilled at building business through the expansion of client and partner bases, generating new revenue opportunities and designing, launching and directing high-impact strategic plans.

Pat previously served as Vice President of Sales at Pulsepoint and its predecessor Datran Media, a company that provides email marketing and advertising services, and before that, spent time leading sales teams at Conde Nast and Cox Media.

James Dillon

Vice President, Publisher Solutions

With deep experience scaling revenue, businesses, and teams in the digital marketing industry, James oversees PostUp’s efforts to drive new business growth in the publishing and media markets. Prior to PostUp, James served as VP & GM of HeathiNation’s Video & Business Development Group. Prior to that, he served as Sizmek’s SVP of Global Publisher Division for eight years before helping to take the company public in 2014.

Previously James has held executive positions at Hewlett Packard, Dell, and Sony, where he served as Vice President of the Direct Sales & Marketing Division.

James holds a BS in Economics from The State University of New York.

Don Johnson

Vice President, Software Development

As PostUp’s VP of Software Development, Don will be scaling up our software engineering efforts to continue and accelerate on PostUp’s track record of releasing industry leading functionality for publishing and media clients.

Most recently, Don was the VP of Engineering at Khorus where he oversaw the development of their software and engineering team, and prior to that, he was Director of Software Development at PeopleAdmin.

Don holds a BS in Computer Science from the Georgia Insitute of Technology.

Shelly Alvarez

Director of Client Services

As the Director of Client Services for PostUp, Shelly has over 19 years of direct marketing experience. She has had the opportunity to work with a variety of industries including retail, direct to consumer markets, publishing, semiconductor, healthcare, and financial. She has helped to design, develop, and implement multi-channel CRM programs for not only domestic companies but for global companies including Texas Instruments, Ortho-McNeil, National Instruments, Hydroxatone, and Dell.

Her main focus is to partner with her customers to continuously grow and improve their email marketing programs. Alvarez specializes in creation automated email marketing programs that include welcome programs, re-engagement programs, continuity and life-cycle programs.

Shelly has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Texas at Austin.

Brandon Badger

Director of Integration

With more than a decade of experience in systems integration in the digital marketing industry, Brandon utilizes his expertise to build a solid program foundation for clients leveraging site, CRM, and BI tools for fully integrated campaigns. As Director of Integration at PostUp, he leads the implementation and data analysis teams.

Before entering the email marketing industry, Brandon was a Project Manager for Harte-Hanks working with clients like MLB Interactive and Samsung. Prior to Harte-Hanks, he worked in the Business Integration division at Perficient assisting clients in SOA projects. Brandon started his career in business development within IBM’s OpenPower product line working with enterprise accounts such as the State of Texas and Valero.

Brandon earned a BBA in Management Information Systems from The University of Texas at Austin.

Kristen Broome

Director of Finance and HR

As Director of Finance and HR for PostUp, Kristen is responsible for managing internal controls, external and internal accounting, financial reporting, and financial planning and analysis. With over 15 years of accounting experience, Kristen has worked in various accounting functions with increasing responsibility. Prior to PostUp, Kristen held the role of Assistant Controller at PulsePoint.

Kristen holds a Master’s in Accounting and Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from St. Edward’s University in Austin Texas.

Trisha Randolph

Director of Marketing & Demand Generation

As the Director of Marketing & Demand Generation at PostUp, Trisha is responsible for the leadership of PostUp’s global marketing team and integrated marketing programs. She has over a decade of experience in data-driven marketing, demand generation, and sales enablement. Trisha’s marketing background includes developing data-driven strategies that increase demand, qualified leads for sales, and marketing attributed revenue for both large enterprise companies, as well as smaller start-ups.

Trisha holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Management from Bellevue University.
